Booking
How to get access to online booking, choose your time and what to do if your plans change.
How do I book a room for the first time?
Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call, and we’ll tell you about the rooms and prices. There is no self sign-up on the site: the administrator creates your personal account, you sign in with your e-mail and a temporary password, set your own password and accept the agreement online. Once your hours are paid, you book yourself at any time — every step is on the How to rent page.
Do I have to wait for an administrator to confirm my booking?
No, bookings are confirmed instantly — the moment you save, the time is yours. If you’ve connected Telegram, the bot immediately sends a message with the room, date, time and your remaining hours.
What does online booking look like?
You choose a room and a date, and a one-day timeline opens with free and booked slots. Mark the start and end, save — done. Other people’s bookings are shown simply as “Booked”, with no names. More on the Online booking page.
Is there a minimum booking time?
No. You pick the time to the minute and pay for exactly the time you booked, rounded to 0.01 h. For example, a 50-minute session is 0.83 h: in a room at 13 AZN/hour it costs 10.79 AZN.
Can I book a room for today, or a month ahead?
Yes. For today you can book right up to the start time you choose, as long as the room is free. There’s no limit on how far ahead you book — you can reserve a convenient time on any future date.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Yourself, in your personal account, up to 3 hours before the start — free of charge. The hours from a cancelled booking go straight back to your balance and, if you’ve connected Telegram, the bot confirms the cancellation with your new balance. If anything changes on our side, the agreement says we’ll let you know at least 3 hours in advance.
What if I cancel less than 3 hours before, or don’t show up?
Under the agreement the payment is not refunded in that case: the time was held for you and no other specialist could book it. So if your plans change, cancel in good time — it only takes a few clicks.
Can one booking cover several days?
No — a booking always fits within one day: it starts and ends on the same date. If you need several days in a row, make a separate booking for each day; the rooms are open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.
Prices & payment
What an hour costs, how discounted hour packages work and how to pay.
How much does it cost to rent a room for an hour?
Rooms cost 13–18 AZN per hour depending on the room, and the training hall is 35 AZN per hour. Prices on the site come straight from the booking system, so they’re always current; the full table is on the Prices & packages page.
What is an hour package, and how much can I save?
A package is a block of hours paid in advance at a lower rate: the more hours, the cheaper each one. Right now there are packages of 30, 50 and 100 hours, with hourly rates from 6.90 AZN and savings of up to 50% on the hourly price. Work out what it means for your schedule in the calculator.
Can a package only be used in one room?
A package can be tied to a specific room or be universal — valid for any room. If you book a room with a different price, hours are converted by the price ratio: one hour in a room at 18 AZN uses 1.38 h of a package bought for a room at 13 AZN. Your package discount is kept.
How do I pay? Can I pay by card?
Payments go through the administrator: in cash, by card or by bank transfer. There is no online payment on the site — the administrator records the payment, and it appears in your personal account straight away together with your hours.
Can I pay for a package in instalments?
Yes, in two parts. The first part unlocks hours right away at the room’s regular rate, and the package discount applies once the package is paid in full.
How long are purchased hours valid?
12 months from the date of payment, as set out in the agreement. If you have several packages, hours from the oldest one are used first, so leftovers aren’t lost when you buy a new one.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package?
Yes. When you move to a bigger package, what you’ve already paid counts towards it — the administrator does the recalculation. Just tell us which package you’d like.
Can I pay per booking, without a package?
Yes — that’s the no-commitment hourly option: you pay for each booking at the room’s price. If you cancel an already-paid booking in time, its hours go back to your balance as credit for future bookings; they aren’t refunded as cash.

Rooms & amenities
Which rooms and hall we have, how many people they hold and what’s already included in the hourly rate.
Which rooms can I rent?
We have 7 spaces: 6 rooms for therapy and consultations, each with its own character, and a hall for groups — Large sofa room, Cosmos room, Blue armchair room, Piano room, Orange kids’ room, Compact room and Training hall. Each one has its own page with photos, a description and prices, and you’ll find them all together in the Rooms section.
How many people fit in a room and in the hall?
Rooms are set up for meetings of up to 3 people — one-to-one, couples and family sessions, individual lessons. The hall holds up to 20 participants and suits training sessions, seminars, lectures and group therapy.
What’s included in the rental price?
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hot and cold water dispenser, tea and coffee, disposable cups and tissues in every room. On top of that you can use the large kitchen, two waiting rooms and a common waiting area — all at no extra cost.
Do the rooms have windows and daylight?
Yes, every room has a window. We’re in a classic old Baku building with high ceilings, so the rooms feel airy and bright.
Which room suits work with children, music lessons or a group?
For work with children there’s the orange kids’ room with toys and board games; for music lessons and music therapy, the piano room; and for groups, the hall for up to 20 people. Tips by profession are on the Coworking page.
Can I always work in the same room?
Yes. You can tie a package to your favourite room, and for regular renters we can, on request, assign a permanent room (or several) with individual terms. Talk it over with the administrator.
Rules & agreement
The rental agreement, the house rules and how we look after your clients and the space.
Do I need to sign a rental agreement?
Yes, but you don’t have to go anywhere: you accept the agreement online in your personal account before your first booking. The text is in Azerbaijani, you can download a copy as a DOCX file, and the time of your acceptance is recorded electronically. It is a service agreement with a registered sole proprietor (VÖEN 1903811172).
What are the house rules?
Shoe covers for you and your clients, no smoking, take your rubbish with you, and don’t move furniture or equipment without agreeing it first. Any damage is compensated, and we’re not responsible for items left behind. The full list is in the rental rules.
Can I arrive early or stay on after my session?
Go into the room when your time starts and leave it as soon as it ends — someone else may have the next booking. If you’re early, wait in the waiting area. And if you need more time, simply book a little extra.
Who meets my clients?
You meet your clients yourself: give them the address and the room number. Until the session starts they can wait in one of the waiting areas.
Can I use a room for medical appointments?
No. The rooms are for consultations, lessons, training sessions and meetings; medical activity — making diagnoses or prescribing treatment — is not allowed under the agreement.
What happens if the rules are broken?
A rule violation gets a warning. Under the agreement, after three warnings the rate doubles from the fourth violation onwards. The rules are simple, and nearly all of them come down to respect for the next specialist and their clients.
Personal account & Telegram
What you see in your personal account, which messages the Telegram bot sends and how your account is protected.
What’s in the personal account?
The dashboard shows your hours left, hours purchased and any debt, your packages (bought, used, left) and the prices for your rooms. There you’ll also find booking, a history of every booking and payment with the balance after each one — each paid booking linked to its payment — a notifications feed and settings. The interface is available in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
What does the Telegram bot send?
A confirmation for every new booking — room, date, time, duration, hours left and your balance or debt — and a cancellation message with the hours returned. The bot also sends up to two session reminders: about a day before and a few hours before the start. Bot messages are in English.
How do I connect Telegram, and what other notifications are there?
Telegram connects in your account settings with one tap, via the Telegram Login button. Besides booking messages, there are announcements from the administration: they appear in the notifications feed in your account and can also arrive as browser push notifications and in Telegram.
Can other renters see my bookings or my clients?
No. In the calendar other specialists only see “Booked”, without your name. We don’t collect or store your clients’ names or contacts — a booking contains no client data at all.
How is my account protected?
After three wrong password attempts, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes, and the History page shows your login history — the date, result and IP address of every attempt. You can change your password at any time, and changing your e-mail is confirmed with a 6-digit code.
Can I book from my phone?
Yes, the personal account works comfortably in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your home screen and open it like a web app — there’s nothing to download from an app store. You can sign in to your personal account right here or from the menu at the top of the site.
This is what the bot’s messages look like.
