A typical coworking space is built for laptops and calls. But you can’t hold a consultation, a lesson or a session at a shared desk while someone next to you sips coffee and listens in. That’s why we only have private rooms.
You rent a room by the hour — for exactly the length of your consultation, lesson or meeting — close the door and get to work. We take care of the premises, furniture, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee — you focus on your clients. When clients are few, you lose nothing: you pay only for the hours you book.
Your clients stay yours
We don’t store your clients’ names or contacts, and other renters see only “Booked” in the schedule.

You pay for the minutes you book, with no minimum duration: 50 minutes is 0.83 hours.

How is your coworking different from a regular one?
In a regular coworking space people work at shared desks. We only have private rooms with a door and a window, plus a hall for groups: space for consultations, lessons and meetings where quiet and privacy matter. You book by the hour and pay for the time you book.
Can I rent a room for just one hour, or only now and then?
Yes. There is no minimum duration: you book exactly the time you need, to the minute. A 50-minute session is billed as 0.83 hours. Prices start from 13 AZN per hour, or from 6.90 AZN per hour with an hour package.
Can I have a room of my own?
Yes — for regular clients, permanent rooms and individual terms are possible; this is arranged with the administrator. Everyday bookings you make yourself in your personal account, for any date ahead.
How many people does the hall hold, and how do I book it?
The hall holds up to 20 people. It is booked online by the hour just like a room, at 35 AZN per hour. It’s best to discuss seating and event details with us in advance.
Will other renters know who I work with?
No. We don’t collect or store your clients’ names or contacts, and bookings contain no client data. Other specialists see only “Booked” in the schedule — without your name. You meet your clients yourself and tell them the room number.
Can I hold online consultations from a room?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi in every room, and the compact room with a desk and a lamp is handy for calls and video sessions. You can even book on the same day — right up to the start time.
