When the hours fall between two sizes, the calculator uses the smaller package’s rate — the administrator will confirm whether such a package can be arranged. If the next package costs no more in total, take that one instead — unused hours stay valid for 12 months. The administrator will confirm the exact amount, set up the package and add the hours to your personal account.

A package is a block of prepaid hours at a lower rate. Here is how the hours are used, moved between rooms and paid for.
Choose the format that suits your schedule.
Book a room with a different price and package hours are converted by the ratio of the room prices. Your package discount stays the same in every room.
It works the other way too: an hour in a room at 13 AZN/h uses only 0.72 h from a package for a room at 18 AZN/h.
You don’t have to pay the full amount at once. The first part unlocks hours at the room’s regular rate; the discounted package rate applies once the package is paid in full.

All 50 h unlockedIf you have several packages, small leftovers too short for a whole booking are used first, then packages used 1:1, and packages that need conversion last — within each group in the order you bought them. Whatever a leftover can’t cover simply comes from the next package.
Under the agreement, purchased hours are valid for 12 months from the payment date. Your personal account shows how many hours of each package you bought, used and have left.
Need more hours than you planned? The administrator can move you to a larger package, and what you have already paid counts towards it.
Plans change — so you can change or cancel a booking yourself in your personal account, with no calls or messages needed.
Cancel or reschedule no later than 3 hours before the start — it’s free: a cancellation returns the hours to your balance, a reschedule simply moves the booking.
If the booking was already paid, cancelling in time returns its hours to your personal account as credit for your next booking.
These bookings are not refunded — this is part of the rental agreement, so try to plan changes in advance.
The rule works both ways: if anything changes on our side, we let you know at least 3 hours in advance.
You pay for your time in the room — everything else is already in the price. No extra charges for the internet, air conditioning, tea and coffee or the waiting area for your clients.
Payments are taken by the administrator — in cash, by card or by bank transfer. Each payment is entered into the system and shows up in your personal account straight away.
There is no online payment on the website: every payment goes through the administrator. Once paid, the amount and the hours appear in your personal account history together with your remaining hours and balance.

Cancel no later than 3 hours before the start and the hours return to your balance as credit — they are not refunded in cash. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
No, as long as the rental rules are followed. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tea, coffee, water, disposable cups, tissues, the kitchen and the waiting areas for clients are all included in the hourly rate. Under the agreement, only damage to the premises is charged separately.
