We are next to one of Baku’s main transport hubs: the 28 May – Jafar Jabbarly metro interchange, the railway station and 28 Mall shopping centre are all a short walk away. That makes our rooms near 28 May metro easy to reach for you and your clients, even on a first visit.

Your clients come to see you, not us: we don’t register them or store their names and contact details. So it’s you who tells the client about the session, the address and the room number — here is a ready-made message to copy.

If your client arrives early, they can wait in one of the waiting rooms — the room itself is yours from the moment your booked time starts.

No self sign-up and no long forms: an administrator sets up your booking access, and from then on you do everything online.

An administrator sets up an account under your e‑mail address and gives you a temporary password; you then choose your own.
You accept the rental agreement online and pay for your hours through the administrator — in cash, by card or by bank transfer. Each payment is recorded and visible in your account.
Choose a room, date and time — the booking is confirmed instantly, no calls needed. You can change or cancel it up to 3 hours before the start.
Rentals are arranged under a service agreement with a registered sole proprietor. The agreement is in Azerbaijani: you accept it in your personal account, the time of acceptance is recorded, and you can download a copy as a DOCX file.
