Time is billed to the minute: 50 minutes is 0.83 hours. There is no minimum rental period; a booking starts and ends on the same day.
A package can be tied to one room or made universal — either way you can also work in other rooms: a pricier room uses slightly more hours, a cheaper one uses fewer.
For example, 1 hour in a room priced at 18 AZN uses 1.38 hours from a package for a room priced at 13 AZN.
You pay only for your time in the room — the building’s amenities come with every room and the hall. No extra charges for internet, water or tea.

Yes. A package can be tied to one room or be universal, and either way you can use its hours in other rooms: a pricier room uses a little more, a cheaper one a little less, converted by the ratio of hourly prices, and the package discount is kept. The oldest packages are used first.
Yes. For regular clients we can assign one or more permanent rooms on request and agree individual terms. Message us and we’ll work out the setup that suits you.
