The hourly rate is 35 AZN. You pay only for the booked time: 50 minutes is 0.83 hours, or 29.05 AZN at the hourly rate.
Yes. There is no minimum: you book exactly the time you need, to the minute. A booking has to start and end on the same day, within opening hours — 08:00 to 23:00.

You can reschedule or cancel a booking yourself in your personal account up to 3 hours before the start — the hours return to your balance. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
